I’ve been on vacations that take me to some place nice and warm during the cold winters where I live, and I’ve been to places on vacation that entertain me and the kids that seem to trail along wherever I go.  But, as I’ve late I’m in the mood for something a little different.  I was looking at a map of Moscow the other day on Google maps, and I though well, wouldn’t this be an interesting place to visit.  I don’t know very many people that have gone to Russia, and I’m not sure I understand why.  Sure, there has been some unrest in regions of it lately, but where hasn’t there been these days.  There are all kinds of interesting things you can do, when traveling through Russia.  You could, even take a journey into space if you wanted.  Now, I’ve always been a bit of a space nut, so I think that would be very cool.

You don’t even have to go all the way into space, if that sounds like a bit too much.  How about maybe a little suborbital flight to get a taste of what it was like to be a Russian cosmonaut.   Of course, you don’t really have to leave the earth.  You could just take the training like the cosmonauts used to and see what it feels like.  Either way, it’s definitely not your normal run of the mill vacation.
